The Peer Support course is packed full with gems. The Peer Support course is packed full with gems. Julia attended it in 2018 and has since attended our other two courses! We take it as a sign that the Slingababy experience keeps on giving. We do go through the 5 most common types of slings, debunk many of the myths around carrying and infants, simplify safety and baby positioning and much more... We are delighted to announce that Emilija from @ne We are delighted to announce that Emilija from @nesu_vaika has now completed her Slingababy training! This means that she attended the 4 day course, gathered sufficient positive feedback from her customers and completed a project to benefit the wider community. Her project was an article about baby-carrying aimed at Fathers and how it can help them bond with their babies. Many congratulations, your passion and dedication are making a real difference. Last Saturday’s course was super interesting wit Last Saturday’s course was super interesting with people from Italy, Ireland, France and the UK and two IBCLC! (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, ie the most knowledgeable infant feeding qualification) We are so passionate about the Feeding and Carying Advocacy course, bringing two skills together to support families. We are, after all, carrying mammals so it is no surprise how important these are. But if you thought we only talk about breastfeeding you would be wrong. We understand that families are varied and are nurturing their children with a multitude of feeding options. We believe that all these options may be combined with carrying for many reasons.
