Payment policy
All courses:
The full cost is to be paid at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been agreed.
If a payment plan has been agreed you will need to pay a deposit to secure the booking and the payment plan remains in place in the event of withdrawal from the course.
If you are unable to make a payment from your payment plan at any point please do get in touch. If you have missed more than two payments from your payment plan and we don’t hear from you, then we will take steps towards recovering the money.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Places on our courses are limited. We understand that participants may need to withdraw from a course for a variety of reasons. If you wish to cancel within 14 days of booking, providing you have not yet attended the course, you will get a full refund. If you do need to withdraw from a course over 14 days after your booking, you will be able to transfer to a remote course. If you wanted to transfer to another in-person course, there would be an additional fee of £40. We operate waiting lists for all of our courses and ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled by Slingababy, we will refund your course fee in full or will transfer you onto the next available course of your choice, if you prefer.
In the event of an in-person course being cancelled due to changes out of our control, such as lockdown measures, we will make the course available as a remote course.

CPD & Ongoing Support
As part of the Slingababy Consultancy Membership Scheme you have access to two CPD days a year, ongoing support via our closed Slingababy Facebook Group and the right to re-attend the consultancy course for a small admin fee.
We reserve the right to withdraw access to CPD, group support or re-attendance at any point. This will be done at our discretion and only in circumstances where we feel that the integrity of our service may be compromised.
