I can’t believe it’s Tuesday already!!! I’m I can’t believe it’s Tuesday already!!! I’m sure Saturday was yesterday 🤔 Well… last Saturday I spent the day with these awesome humans who will all offer support at the same library 😍 thank you Shireen, Anna and Hazel for showing up as you true beautiful selves. I always feel that to truly support others we have to be able to recognise our own needs for support, whether it’s happening now or earlier on the journey. Having an honest introspection and openness to vulnerability lead to authenticity in support… but that’s just my opinion 😉 What do you reckon? Another week, another course 😍 Today we explo Another week, another course 😍 Today we explored all things feeding and carrying: the why, the how, the when, the safety, the options, the possibilities… There are soooo many good aspects about putting the two together 🥰 We also had some uncomfortable conversations as like everything in life, there are risks associated to every practice.
