Healthy Opportunities Sling Library is a volunteer led and run, non profit, sling education and support organisation.

We offer sling fittings and sling hire. As a non profit organisation we offer services at affordable prices and any money not used to cover library costs is used to renew stock and update training for the library volunteers.

 We do not want money to become an obstacle for families wishing to access out services. If you are in financial hardship and wish to access the service please contact us in confidence for support to do so.

We offer home visits for families who may find it difficult to attend a library session – for example, but not limited to, caring for multiples,  recovering from an abdominal birth/ c-section or living with complex health needs.

We offer workshops for new and growing families to learn the fundamentals of carrying in the 4th trimester.

We offer workshops to families wishing to use slings or carriers to support infant feeding.

We offer extended appointments to families ready to move to back carrying.

We welcome families from all backgrounds. We are an LGBQT friendly service. We will not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
