Feeding and carrying are the most ingrained practi Feeding and carrying are the most ingrained practices in our DNA. We are carried mammals. This is what our infants expect. Our society might not always support both practice. We might have a different path for many reasons. In this course, we explore the ins and outs, the whys and the hows but also the safety considerations. Having the skills to combine both practices open many doors. If you are involved with infants, this course will give you tools to support all families or to support your own journey. Comment FCA and we’ll DM the info you need 🩷💜🩵
We are ever so proud to announce that the lovely S We are ever so proud to announce that the lovely Samantha from Tully Slings has now completed her Slingababy training! This means that she attended the 4-day course, gathered sufficient positive feedback from her customers and completed a project to benefit the wider community. As her project Samantha created a Facebook post to discuss the best sling for a plus size person, plus link to an album of herself wearing slings on her plus size body so people can visualise how the sling may fit them: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/CePuXqk3p4HW11Pn/? Here are some words from Samanth: “I’m passionate about making sure plus size people and those with disabilities are included in the babywearing world both as people who wear and represented in advertising by brands. It took me 4 babies and a babywearing consultants course to be able to breastfeed in a sling, a skill I love teaching safely to others now that I know how life changing it is” Many many congratulations! Your dedication, passion and enthusiasm are making a real difference. We look forward to carrying on working with you. Keep doing what you do.
