Lenka made this video to motivate others to give wrapping a try. She has only one hand and just two full fingers on that one. She says “if I can wrap, everyone can.” Shared with permission from Lenka
Double Rebozo Shoulder-to-Shoulder back carry. I emphasize how to get the chest belt high and tight. The wrap needs to be tightened before passing the 2nd tail into the chest belt. The two tails coming around to make cross passes can be left kind of loose, otherwise it might be uncomfortably tight. This is a great carry for summer and for heavier children. I’m using a 4.5m wrap.
This video shows how to do a torso carry with a long wrap using several variations, and then shows how to switch from a torso carry to a double hammock carry without disturbing baby. I’m using a Didymos Caribe (50% linen) wrap in a size 6, and I’m wrapping a 27 lb toddler.
This is a tutorial for a Back Wrap Cross Carry (BWCC) with ruck straps (or backpack straps) with a woven wrap.
